It’s God’s Business is a non-profit started by serial entrepreneur Bruce Hildenbrand. Bruce was powerfully called into business by the Holy Spirit while attending an Introduction to Business Class at Spring Arbor College in 1984:  “If I allow you to go into business and to be prosperous, will you give it back to me?”  Bruce answered,  “Yes!” and that was the start of declaring about any business he operated “It’s God’s Business”, not his.  It’s God’s Business was initially established by Bruce as a non-profit so that profits from the company could be given anonymously, allowing God to get all of the credit thus honoring God’s principle found in Matthew 6:3-4 (NIV):

“But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,  so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”

This website is dedicated to challenging other Christian business owners to also declare, like Bruce, that God is the true owner of their business and they are only His chosen, trusted managers. If we, as committed followers of Jesus Christ, believe that all we have, all we are, and all we can do is a gift from God, then your business must be “It’s God’s Business” not yours.
